Our Sunflower Power Bars were created when the founder discovered a gluten allergy and struggled to find sustainable and tasty food that they could and wanted to eat. Many trials later, they made the Sunflower Power Bar that was free from gluten, nuts, and many other common allergens. The gluten-free protein bar kept the founder happy and healthy, with sweet and chewy goodness. So, they decided to share their creation with others struggling with similar issues.
